FBC is a relaxed atmosphere where we focus on JESUS.  

Our desire is to worship God, Preach His Word, and Love His people.

The Purpose of FBC in 3 words:   Love – Build – Send

Love: We should Love God and Love people. This is more than just words or emotions.  This is a desire to know God more and be conformed to His image.  As we know Him better and love Him more, we will represent Him to in the way we treat, speak, and serve others.   This will allow the opportunity to share God’s love with others. (Matthew 22:36-40)

Build: As disciples, our mission is to build other disciples of Jesus.  Each of us  must be equipped to fulfill God’s purpose in our lives.  (Eph 4:12, 2 Tim 2:2)

Send: Each of us are sent out by God to share the good news of Jesus with the world.  We will encourage, pray for, and support those who follow God’s calling. (Matthew 28:19-20)

A few nuggets about us:

– We are an Independent Baptist Church, which means that our only authority is God’s Word.

– We are informal about appearance, which means that in our services, you will see anything from shorts to suits and dresses.

– We love children!  Which means we are not worried about a spill or a crying baby… We are happy that you brought them to church.

– We want to meet you.  Entering a new church is always weird, scary, or just intimidating.  Please know that we are a simple group of people who are excited to meet new guests
